Description: Oh you have a little something on you- Oh! Its your fur?!
Application: Apply small, colorful, confetti shaped markings no bigger or smaller than the above examples, anywhere on your character! You may pick up to any 5 colors abiding by the color rules (no pure black or pure white) for these markings, and each one must be a solid color. The colors picked may not be color picked from/color mixed anywhere else on your character.
This upgrade may be applied once a year to any character you wish!
