Description: Can I make a wish on these?
Application: Give your character 2 lit, dripping candle horns! These horns may either be off-white or cream, the current horn color they have, or any color currently on your character, including eyes, ears, or whiskers. They may either match the above template, or take on the shape of the horns your character currently has, if that applies. If they take on the current horns shape, they must still be made of dripping wax, and the tip of the horns must have a wick, and burning flame. The flame is controlled with a bit of practice, and is safe to touch, and will not catch anything on fire!
These horns can be washed!
This upgrade may be applied once a year to any character you wish!
