Spects: Haunting Invaders

Spects are spirits created by either corruption of their enviroment they lived in, great tragedies, negative linfluences, or created by the very presence of negativity and intense sorrow.

They are common in Dark Year, and are often spawned and seen in poverty stricken areas, graveyards, buildings where finley have died, or areas where battles and wars have been fought on.

They range from common Fae level spirits, to the rare Isochronal level spirits in terms of power and affects, but cannot cast Blessings or Cursed marks. If the infestation is bad enough however, Drained Marks could start appearing. This is especially bad, and if the Spects are not cleared as soon as physically possible, could result in death of the afflicted townsfolks in their weakened state

They're pretty simple in shape, with Fae level Spects appearing as black balls with purple haze around them, They can have bright solid purple eyes and usually sport extremely simple features like horns all over their 'body' or batlike wings.

Isochronal Spects are tall pillars of solid black and purple energy that can take on loose shapes of finley, but they look incredibly off and creepy.

They bring sickness, fatigue, depression, and gloom wherever they go, and can contaminate an entire town with negativity, to create new feeding grounds for more Spects

No Guardian level Spects have been reported, but in order for such a thing to even become possible, an incredulous amount of negative force and tragedy have to be present, and nobody knows what such a stronglevel of corrupted force could do.

Non-Spiritualistic finley of all ages can see these spirits and are advised to keep their distance. Spects can infect finley they interact with extreme malaise and depression, and the effects can only be cured with a Blessed Spiritual Quartz.
